Tip of nose shifted to the left and nares were noticeably uneven
Botched Rhinoplasty
Had rhinoplasty in January of 2020, I saw the disfigurement after the bandages were removed ( tip of nose shifted to the left and nares were noticably uneven, one was larger than the other and the nares opening were differently shaped). I was informed that it was due to swelling and I was informed in 6 months to a year I would see the difference. So I kept my 6 month f/ u appt. No change I informed the doctor of my dissatisfaction. He informed me he could tweek these areas.
I kept my 1 year f/ u appt. the same discussion took place as well as asking him when can I be place on his schedule for a revision. He informed me someone will reach out to me. Never heard back I called threatened to sue and was given an appointment to see him in the office and was informed of the same thing. Again I called each time the receptionist took my information, I received no call back. So I came to the realization that he has no intention on fixing my nose and he knew he did a terrible job.
Unfortunately when I reached out to lawyers the statue of limitations have run out (2 year in Illinois). Please stay away from this plastic surgeon he has all the credentials but terrible skills when it comes to rhinoplasty. I'm very depressed now about this and can't afford a revision.
