Botched FUE Hair Transplant

I came in to Dr. Garza's office at Gardel Hair Restoration two years ago and discussed my procedure. I was told I could have approximately 300-400 FUE grafts that are implanted on my sideburns in order to have more density. I already had 7 FUT and FUE hair transplants over the last 16 years. I was told by my doctor in the US, who performed three of my hair transplants and also the last hair transplant, that I am no longer able to have grafts taken from the back of my head. Otherwise, I will have a bald spot. I discussed this with the doctors at Gardel. They agreed. I already had one FUE on my beard a few years before coming in to Gardel. I requested that they take hair from my neck and chin, and I was informed that they would take hair from those areas. I had pictures taken and discussed specifically where on my sideburns using a pen and mirror what I wish to have addressed. On surgery day, I was sedated and was awake at times but really out of it. After the procedure, I noticed that they took hair from the back of my head and implanted hair not only on my sideburns but also between the cartilage of my earlobes and the outer edge where hair grows on the sideburn. They ultimately implanted hair in an unnatural looking area for men that does not look good. I emailed Dr. Garza, and he asked me what I have concerns about. I explained my concerns in an email, and then he never responded. I ended up with a spot the size of a tennis ball on the back of my head that is not bald, but it is very thin. I also had 6 laser hair removal treatments without any improvement on the area that hair was implanted. I ended up with approximately 430 grafts that were taken from my neck, chin, and back of head. The doctor should have known better than to take from the back of my head and implant in an area of my face where hair is typically not present and looks unusual if hair is present by my ears. My conclusion of the doctor is that they did not act responsibly from a medical ethics standpoint. They also did not take ownership and demonstrate accountability from a medical ethics standpoint. It either demonstrates incompetence or a reckless, carefree business practice. My only option now is to either spend a lot of money on stem cells or see if I am eligible for another FUE hair transplant and take hair from my neck and implant them on my balding spot on the back of my head where the grafts were removed.
