Botched Botox! Truth and Promises Matter!

My review of Cami....I went to Cami as a new patient on August 24th. Everybody upfront was very personable and I felt as a new patient, I was in good hands. Here is where everything went wrong, prior to 1 month before wedding day. Stop, please read carefully and view photos. As a 58-year-old woman, I wanted a bit of help with my deep lines on my forehead and the wrinkles near my eyelids. I had a micro facial to start. I met with Marlee for the injection, which went horribly wrong. Please see photos. Dr. Giordano who examined me one week later, stated that I was injected incorrectly, he called it Eye Brow Drop. This is one of the most common complications of Botox injections. He reviewed the photos and discussed the issues with a kind hearted nurse named Marissa. This appointment happened on the August 30th. Dr. Giordano agreed and promised he would make sure I was confident and he would help me at no cost. I hope that he explained everything that had happened with Jennifer (clinic manager). He asked Marissa to make an appointment the following week. He was addressing any concerns, he wanted me to heal 1 more week. We all agreed, Doctor, Marisa, and Myself. My face and eyes, and brows are malformed permanently. He told me not to worry about any cost, because this was not my fault, but complication of not being injected correctly. The week prior, they also charged me additional $500.00 for another service, which Marissa and the doctor greed to cancel and refund. All changed on August 30th. The clinic manager (Jennifer) - called and stated- “They would not be refunding me for the service that was not provided, she canceled the appointment with the doctor to correct the botched procedure, she canceled the appointment for the facial prior to wedding, she was a bull in the China shop. He stated to me, numerous clients ask him for free stuff all the time. I had paid for the service and it was botched. I have a letter from Marissa with confirmation early morning and appointment for next week. Dr. Giordano completely lied to me, asked his clinic manager to cancel all service to correct the botched service. Jennifer even mentioned, how I should have been charged for extra service and a fee for the doctor to review the botched services and accused me of numerous events. This is a facility that does not worry about their patients, the Doctor went back on his Hippocratic Oath, his staff botched my service, and then sent a [RS Bleep] to destroy my life. Three weeks before my daughter’s wedding. Please review all picture and find a different practice that truly cares about their patients. Please see letter that confirmed appointment and to see the doctor as promised. Everything is documented with before and after photos too. Will be filing a complaint with the medical board. Tried to reach out to office through Gmail with no response.
