40 Year Old- for Cosmetic Purposes AND Breathing Function
ORIGINAL POST

I am at 40 years old and my nose has been through many wars, basically by the time I was 20! I knew I knows had been broken many times, and as I grew older I begin to get consistent sinus infections. I had my septum fixed which was severely deviated about three years ago by a doctor that lived close to me. After about six months following that surgery, I still think he had to get sinus infections. I knew at that point it was not only just the septum that needed to be fixed but I needed to have it thoroughly evaluated by a real " cosmetic" surgeon to see what kind of damage has been done to my nose. I was referred to Dr. Ezzat through an acquaintance that had received an inbox message from one of my good friends... This gentleman be for me to try and book an appointment with Dr. Ezzat at Boston medical Center considering what I had posted. He had the same surgery done he knew I needed, considering that I was trying to "Contour" my nose to make it look straight (through a make up artistry course I took ) that i learned to make it look straighter in public considering I normally wear make up daily anyway! I always figured that anything that is done for "cosmetic "purposes are never covered by insurance ( still true obviously ), so I never thought to look into how much surgery for rhinoplasty could cost for cosmetic issues, but I made the appointment Anyway after I was referred by the gentleman on Facebook to get my nose checked anyway considering the consistent sinus infections. I thought that either the first doctor did not fix the septum like he should have or as I suspected I had other structural issues that were causing the sinus infections to keep coming back! I made my appointment got in pretty quick to see Dr. Isa for a consultation and for him to look and see what the problems were. The September straight so the first doctor did that but he forgot to mention the other severe issues that were going on inside due to the structural damage! I had a nonfunctioning sinus on the left-hand side, as I have learned from Dr. Ezzat basically called it a "collapsed sinus" considers it to be not functioning, basically closed due to cartilage damage from a severely broken nose! I scheduled my appointment for the surgery after I had learned of the cost which was very very minimum compared to what I thought and they have a payment plan at the doctors office, which is possible as well!! This doctor is SO fair, SO smart and SO compassionate- he has one of the best reputation and one of the best hospitals in Boston!! I was able to schedule my appointment in just about two months after my consultation. Today was my surgery, I don't know how the results are going look like, but I can only tell you the staff is absolutely incredible and hospitable... as well as Dr. Ezzat! After the surgery he explained every single thing he did on my nose, basically performed everything I explained that you wanted it to look like, keeping it normal but slim and straight. I am SO excited to see results, which I know will be swollen for quite a while, but will look a lot better anyway- even if it is swollen LOL ! I am excited to be able to breathe again, I can only tell you that I am certain my nose is going to look wonderful. I will continue to post pictures as months go by to show the difference from before and after and the improvements that will be happening as the swelling continues to go down. Thank you thank you thank you to Dr. Ezzat and the entire staff at BMC, you guys are absolutely amazing!!!
