I had surgery done 2/19/18 with Jeffrey Darrow. I had a full tt with lipo to the flank. I am 6 days post op and I can’t wait to resume normal activities. When the doc tells you to take your meds around the clock make sure u do thatS first 3-4 days u will need it and after that Tylenol will due. My back aches like no tomorrow if I’m on my feet to long. I’ve been stuck in the house for 6 days now and Sometimes my mind take over me. I have shortness of breath so doing a lot of walking as much as I can and bed resting. I did shower on my 5th day and I encourage everyone who feeling disgusted to shower and that will make u feel better. My post op appt to remove the drain is exactly 8 days so Tuesday 2/27/18. I can’t wait.

Congrats! You will feel much better soon. First 10 days are hard but it gets noticeably better everyday after that.

And I just saw the pics (they weren't loading for me before). You look great! You're super early and already have such a nice shape. Exciting!

I am driving today. Still moving slow but standing much taller and the pain is more of a soreness. I have random cough n sneeze which hurt soo much so I try not to let one out. Getting out of bed is much easier and I am taking extra strength Tylenol. The tighten that goes on sucks. It is sooo uncomfortable and wearing the cg doesn’t make it easier. I still have my drainage and will see my doc tomorrow for a removal. I’ve been sleeping soo much that I can’t even sleep at night. Recovery is def tough but it will be all worth it in the end for those who r having a tough time.

Are you still wearing your garment I’m 12 days in and my garment has made me red raw and have been tell to where Spanks

sorry I am late but yes I wore my garment until week 3 and than switch to a spanx. I got mine at target. I only switch bc as the day passed I got more uncomfortable. I was wearing mine to tight all day 24/7 that when I took a shower I noticed I had a bruised. my surgeon told me to switch outs when I was scabbing as long as it is comfortable. I am now 4 weeks post op and touching my belly is starting to feel normal.

Woke up with no aches for the entire day. I am still wearing my cg and things are starting to feel and look good. I thought the aches would never end but t did. I am still moving slow. Back is pretty much straight but if I sit down for awhile, my belly starts to tighten so when I get up I am slightly hunch over but with some walking I end up straight. My scar is starting to scab. My mood is up and down. I am still sore and numb. When I feel down I feel sad and this all started after my tt. Something to think about. I heard the surgery could cause depression. I see my doc in 2 weeks.
