I am 43 years old. Mother of 3. Ages 14,11 and 10. 5'5" 128lbs. I work out very regularly and eat well but can't get rid of the extra skin on my abdomen. I have been reading these reviews like an addict and they have given me some peace about my decision to go through with the TT so I figured I owed it to give back (I am dying inside knowing people will see these photos. Thank God for anonymity!)
I am 3 months pre-op so not much to report but will update closer to surgery date. I just know I looked at hundreds of pictures on here trying to find someone who I felt looked like me. Hope these photos help someone.
Best of luck to those of you currently in recovery and those about to have surgery. Thank you for sharing your experiences.

Feels like time is dragging and surgery soooo far away. Hoping with all the holiday craziness the days will go by faster.
Trying not to do any "damage" with weight gain during the holiday season. So easy to gain isn't it? Trying to enjoy the holidays but not go overboard. Still working out very regularly. Funny- every time I do an ab exercise I can't help but think how long I will have to go without those post op :(. But it's all for the greater good right?
I still read the reviews on here daily. The pics of all you post op ladies are so motivating and encouraging. Even when you sound "down" and not sure about your results it am looking at your post op pics and thinking how fantastic you all look! Can't wait to be one of you.
Have a blessed holiday season everyone. Thanks again for sharing your journey.

How sweet, and thank you for the kind words. I can't wait to see your results. Two months will fly by believe me.

Yours was one of the reviews I was reading yesterday and thinking " I can't believe she doesn't see how great she looks." But I totally get it, swelling, exhaustion, hormones...it's probably hard to see the positives. And I will probably be the exact same way when I am where you are now. But trust me. As a completely unbiased observer- you look great. I love your scar. Very thin and clean. You are looking flat and lean. By Christmas you will be wanting to sit on the beach in a bikini :). Best gift ever.

I am officially one month out. ( I have the wrong date listed at the top but it won't let me change it).
Starting to feel real!! Still super nervous but def more excited than nervous.
My pre-op got switched from 1/20 until 1/27. I am planning to wait until after pre-op to start buying supplies.
Still hitting the gym to be as strong as possible going in to this. I think I out on a couple of pounds over Christmas- not sure b/c scale is broken. But eating has now been back on track. Need to be at my healthiest in one month :)
Loving all these success stories. Please keep updating. It is so incredibly helpful and reassuring.
Happy 2015 to all!!

You're going to be so happy with your decision! Conditioning is the best thing you can do to aid in recovery. Just from your before pictures, you can already see definition in your upper abs! Best wishes!

Your transformation is incredible! Wish I was in your shoes right now. But my time will come.
