Hi, Are you still happy with your results? I'm having trouble finding reviews a few years down the road and my wife is going to go to Dr. Kruy soon.

Skin still itches at random and belly only really hurts on bottom where I am focusing most of my massage. I massage 2-3x a day with shea moisture mommy lotion. I have used this in the past after my other pregnancies and love this stuff. Still using the ab board and some days the ab foam. The ab foam makes me really hot so I only wear it for a little but when I do I can see a huge difference.

You wear ab form
And ab board at the same time? The foam boards do what exactly?
May 11, 2016
No i wear one at a time or the ab board and the foam on the sides. The foam keeps your garment more snug and works like the ab board but hugs your body. I like them both but the foam makes me so hot.

Skin is still very itchy and belly not as sore anymore. Still use my compression garment everyday and my ab board. I feel like it is helping me so much. I will continue to use it.

You're belly is looking much better. Make sure you moisturize and gently massage your skin so it can retract as much as possible. You don't want to end up with super loose skin. Massage three times a day for 5 minutes or so. I would say massage all the areas where you had Lipo but you need to pay special attention to your lower belly. This area is notorious for not retracting back completely for women who had children or were overweight at one point. Best of luck!

Thanks! I will definitely keep up with my massages and I am also starting velashape next week which will target all the areas I had lipo. Especially my lower abs.

How much did they take out? I did mine this Friday and I feel pretty good. Walking around. I'll post my stuff up really soon

Almost 2 liters. How much from you? I'll follow your updates to see your progress!

They took out 5 liters of fat from just my stomach. I plan to go back and do the arms and bilateral. After the back (top and bottom) and butt

Hello ForeverYoung75. Have you had this done? I read your advice as this is something I am concerned about. Imy more concerned about decreasing the fat in these areas but unsure of results without a tummy tuck
May 10, 2016
Yeah I had Lipo about 8 weeks ago. I've never had children but I've been overweight for a while. My stomach looks pretty decent but I've noticed that my stretch marks on my lower belly looks wrinkly if that makes sense. They are getting better but I do massage about three times a day. I was told it takes about 6-8 months for the skin to contract. So by that time you should be seeing your final results as far as your skin is concern. I'm surprised they only took 2 liters of fat. I am 5'2 and 160 and they took 4.5 liters from tummy, flanks and back.

You're looking thinner and thinner! Thanks for your feedback from the earlier post. I'm going with a TT w/lipo instead of just lipo, the dr said I have an umbilical hernia that needs repairing so that's fun..lol Any thanks for sharing your story, I don't have the guts to post pics just yet..bleh. :)

I feel that dry brushing is so simple and so effective, it's almost my responsibility to let yall know about it! What it does is help stimulate your lymphatic system, which in turn, will help your body to rid itself of the fat that was liquefied with the laser during your procedure...so basically, it will compliment any massages you're doing and make them even more helpful!
