I had by having neck pain and numbness in my arm. I have always been very ashamed of my body and have yo-yoed and extreme dieted by entire life. I have gave birth to twins and that made matters worse. Although overweight I have been at a 5'8 stable weight of 198 for 3 years. I visited several different plastic surgeons, but none of them had pictures on there website of a "real " working mom of twins until I visited the PS that ultimately preformed my surgery. He spent time, explaining what he could do and drew pictures, then took pics and reviewed them with me. He must have spent over an hour with me. I knew then I was going to go for it. You must have a support system at home to undergo this surgery. It is tough at the beginning and in my case it took a full 4 wks. to resume a normal life. My husband was home with me for 3 wks. I am actually shocked with the results. It is amazing was a talented PS can do for you. I still look in the mirror and say omg is that me?
