Day 8

So tired of being in pain and swollen, wearing the CG sand spanks all the time is really painful.

Day 6 post op

Day 6 Back to work!

First off, I just want to thank all of you. This site is awesome, I am so glad I have such an awesome group of women to support me.

On a more serious note…the update:

PAIN: Today I woke up in pain and took only 1 pain pill (typically take two) and that got me through the day, woo! I had to run around town to meetings all day today and all is well. The only thing bugging me is my right knee.. it is throbbing and it is HUGE.. but other than that, first full day out and about was fine.

SWELLING: My PS told me yesterday that I was at the peek of my swelling…I think it got bigger, I think my abs look more puffy. I don’t know!! Am I crazy to think that Day 1 results were my favorite so far? My hips are still swollen per usual…I am posting a pic pointing out the area from my belly button to my va·jay·jay- what is up with that???? I feel like this section is sticking out, is this normal?? Also, you can see the increased swelling in the front/side pic. I still a lot of bruising and swelling on my crotch area…GREAT!

LUMPS, BUMPS and ALL THINGS HARD: I feel like some sections of my skin are still very firm/ hard/ stiff and other sections are a mix of hard and soft. Guessing this is the bumps & lumps people talk about...I think the tissue is starting to breakdown (aka the soft spots) …and the lumps/bumps are from tissue that hasn’t broken down yet?….Does that sound right??? I hope that these areas will continue to break down—I am guessing this is what’s happening because the places that are bumpy now were hard and stiff before. Any thoughts? Experiences? I would love to hear them..

MASSAGE: I know my PS said I didn’t need to give them to myself or go get them….but I am massaging anyways…Feels good and gives me hope these bumps are temporary

SKIN PIGMENT: On the front view pic you can see the obvious bruising and then there are yellow spots all over, if this is like any other bruise ..the yellow means it is healing..so I’m ok with that… Anyone know what that dot/ bruise is below my belly button? So random!

DELIVERY: I got the Ab board!! I have it on now, I will let you know I a few days if this is a good investment. I also got a delivery from SPANKX. I got the high waist shorts and the high waist tights to get me through the hours I have to be in public and wear normal clothes. So let me make sure I have that right….I can replace the CG with spankx?

I think that’s about it for day 6, I feel puffy…I would love to hear your observations, is it in my head or do you see the increased swelling?

So itchy..what is happening?

Holy moly, so itchy!!!!!!!! Can't sleep....why is this happening?

I am so glad I went with Dr. Darrow and his staff. They provide a 'mom and pop' experience, you can tell they genuinely care. They are so attentive which lets you know you are in good hands. I also think it is a HUGE benefit that they give you the option to stay the night and be monitored and taken care of.
