I'm really upset today bc I feel like my lip has suddenly dropped overnight and I've lost a lot of tooth show at the sides and look like a rabbit with only the two center teeth showing :(( I really wish he removed more, I voiced this at the suture removal, but he said it would contract more, but I don't see that- only it dropping! If it stays like this I would want it redone..I don't know if it will change from here

I think you look awesome and not rabbit-y at all! I really don't think you have any more skin to take off, if you're measuring 8 or even 9 or 10. I'd give it a few more months.

I know..Im impatient..thanks for the support I think Im going crazy being at home too..Im just disappointed bc this was an expensive procedure for me and I waited so long to have it done...I just want the result I want

I completely get it! I've had it done twice and going for a scar revision next month! That makes 3. So really get it. I think it looks amazing on my end! ❤️

I honestly think this is your best photo so far! It looks the most natural and sexy at this point, now that it is settling and softening. The earlier photos of your upper lip right after surgery looked unnaturally short. I think your surgeon balanced this perfectly and it is beginning to look like you were born this way! Any shorter would look like a blow-up doll or rabbit. This length is balanced and beautiful! Stay calm - don't recut!!

thanks! But i really had my heart set on seeing more of the lateral incisors- I don't know..I thin that if a few more mm were taken from the sides I'd be happy

Maybe you could get veneers on your incisors? I know that sounds weird but it might be a better option than a revision :)

Your lip lift looks AMAZING!!! I hope I get as good a result-I'm pretty sure I'm going to Dr.Talei in Jan. Going to LA end of October for an in person consultation to make sure he's who I want to go with-Did you do other consultations besides Dr.S? I truly don't think you had any more skin to remove without it looking weird, your results are phenomenal! (I will be showing your pic as my wish!)I hope you start loving it soon!! :)

Scar is slowly healing..you can see the yellow scar gel in the pictures..base of nose is still quite swollen and numb, but otherwise face is pretty much back to normal

One week - just after suture Removal

Im liking the tooth show, it has started to come back after the swelling has gone down. I think it's healing pretty good. The scar gel tends to make it look 'worse' than the sutures..the gel makes it look scabby and flaky, so I haven't gone out much in public. Other than the crusty look the scar gel leaves, most of my swelling is gone and I'd feel totally fine going out in public..
