The doctor, Dr. Spiegel in Boston, who did the forehead reduction left a huge bump on my forehead. In certain lights and pictures it's super embarrassing. He said it was just muscle and to get Botox. Its bone. Bone he was paid to reduce. It was a forehead contouring procedure where he was supposed to shave down forehead bone to look more feminine. He shaved some part but I don't know where, and left a bump that's huge. I literally have a bump on my forehead now. He needs to lose his license.

Bump over right eyebrow, on left here. Very obvious. Also small one on left side but less obvious.

I'm super sorry this happened to you, you no doubt had to save for it and would have been excited. Is there any way he will do another surgery free of charge to fix it? As you said, you can clearly show what is wrong?

Is there another doctor in his practice that you could speak to? Perhaps get a free consultation at a competitor and tell them about your situation. Sometimes a competing practice is willing to "fix" another doctor's mistakes because it's good for their reputation. You're still beautiful regardless.

I’m including another photo of my taking just a normal photo. In almost all photos you can see there’s a bump on my forehead. I haven’t been able to afford another $10,000 surgery to fix the bumps Spiegel left on my forehead. This is another photo in normal light, just trying to take a picture....five years later, from something Spiegel was trying to say was just muscle and I should get Botox to fix it. It bone. I have no clue what he did for my surgery...besides leave me with a bumpy forehead.

The time is about five years here, not the two since I wrote the post. I wrote other previous posts about Dr. Spiegel after the surgeries, and idk real self deleted them. I had five surgeries at the same time with Dr. Spiegel and 25,000 basically just given to him. None but one of the five were performed, and then lord knows what else he did because it definitely wasn’t what he advertised. I looked almost exactly the same but with bumps of my forehead afterwards. My friends didn’t notice anything was done at all they said I look the same, except I need to fix the bump on my forehead.

I actually have four bumps, but one maybe two mainly show. This picture is altered with a filter, so imagine more of a pronounced bump than this as well. I had to filter otherwise it’s super super obvious in photos. Do yourself a favor, get surgeries elsewhere besides his chop shop, unless you want a bump people. His reviews aren’t real...

Update: I had a CT scan of my forehead. It shows Dr. Spiegel didn’t do the surgery he was paid for. He didn’t do anything to my frontal sinus for this surgery, it was supposed to be a front sinus setback and forehead shaving, to reduce the bumpiness of the forehead. He was paid to set the sinus back then shave forehead bone. The sinus wasn’t touched. And the shaving looked worse than before with bumps, and wasn’t even reduced.
He was the worst surgeon I’ve ever encountered, spoken to, had to deal with, had the worst results, and didn’t do entire surgeries he was paid for.

And I find it very disturbing that he continues to do plastic surgery even though he knows he's screwed people up. He has no shame.
Good luck with your lawsuit..Like you said.. He needs to lose his license.
