He did an amazing job on my facial fem surgery,...
He managed to make my face 100000% more feminine while making me look completely natural. He struck an IMPOSSIBLE balance of making me look like I haven't had ANY surgery while looking TOTALLY different and LIGHTYEARS more feminine than I did before surgery. Everything he did was proportionate to my face. No crazy high eyebrows, excessively small piggie nose, or disproportionate chin or jaw that I've seen some less skilled doctors doing. Nothing overdone and nothing underdone... the PERFECT balance. He will do everything he can for you to give you the most feminine and natural looking face as possible. I am so so so so happy with my results. Completely life changing. Can't go on enough about this doctor. I would not trust any sort of facial procedures with anyone else. I'M IN LOVE WITH HIM LOL!!!!!!

He is a great listener. Does not make you feel like shit about how you look but is still totally honest with you. Makes suggestions based on what he thinks is best but also listens to what your goals are. Makes you feel safe and that you're in good hands. He is a busy guy so don't expect him to bring you flowers and spend hours talking with you by your hospital bed. He will take his time in the pre op appointment and listen to all of your concerns and figure out the game plan for your surgery with you. You won't see him again until just before your surgery and your post op appointment. In the post op he is a little more rushed as he is just checking to make sure everything looks goods so that he can send you off. But this just shows me that he is in high demand and that his time is precious because he is such an amazing surgeon. I would rather this over a surgeon with few patients and way too much time on their hands because that usually means they aren't good at what they do!! Shout out to his staff who is also amazing. PS. Spiegel downplays the recovery in the days following the surgery. I guess he doesn't want to scare patients too much. If you get the full face done like I did you will be in agony and hate your life and possibly want to kill yourself LOL. Total discomfort and pain. So if you can try to have loved ones around you taking care of you, especially to clean your incision and get you food and stuff. I stayed in bed for three days after staring at a wall. I don't know what I would have done without my parents taking care of me. But it will pass and by the end of the first week you will be feeling much better. BUT BE PREPARED!! ANYWAYS, I love dr. Spiegel. He gave me my life back. Go to him if you want to be beautiful and look natural.
