Awe thanks! I have to say, I no longer dread wearing a bathing suit. I used to be so uncomfortable trying to tie up my saggy breasts. The same with work out clothing. I feel like a huge weight was lifted.

I know what you mean! Got a nice bikini today:) it was so nice trying on bathing suits! I'm totally digging lacy bralettes too :) and exercising without boobs flopping all over the place Aah bliss ;)

Finally went to VS today and measured a 34D. So I definitely have not lost any breast tissue. Fun to try some "push up style" bras. I don't think I need to drop 50$ on one of their bras though. The cheapy ones at TJ max do the same thing! Things are healing quite nicely. The small open are is now closed. I'm inconsistent with the silicone strips for the scars. Hoping they don't drop anymore! The right side is perfect. The left has the tiniest bit of extra tissue beneath the inframamary fold which somewhat disappoints me. Overall I'm still incredibly satisfied though. It is amazing to no longer struggle with supportive bathing suit tops!

Hi. Can you direct me to other people you know of who had the lift with no implants? You are now in my wish book and I need to show my surgeon other similar outcomes. I'd like to see someone built like us further into their recovery to check the droppage. :)

Hi flapperjack, I saw your comment. RealSelf has a whole community for members who are just having Breast Lifts, there is a separate community for Breast Lifts with Implants. I hope this is helpful!

Yes! I pretty much poured over old reviews. Both with implants and without. Actually even the revision/explant forum is helpful as you are able to see people at different stages of recovery. Good luck! Eventually I felt as if I had to take a leap of faith and just do it. I figured that whatever I ended with would be better than the sag. That said, during the recovery I have gotten picky. I totally get why folks get an implant for that lovely roundness and upper pole fullness. For me, an implant was never going to happen but I love the cosmetic look!

I did.

I am also still so happy with my lift without implants. My scars are almost not visible. Best decision!

Those scars will smooth out and become less visible.
It's been 5 months for me so give your body time to continue to heal. I never used any tape or scar cream.

Loving my lift. I'm surprised I didn't lose any density through out this process. I prepped myself for being smaller post op. That said, I think my size suits the rest of me just fine. Interestingly, I am topping the scales right now at 148 pound and 5'4". This is the heaviest I've been in years! Hoping to shed a few but a little nervous as in the past I always lose breast tissue first. So unfair!

I'm with you on the weight gain issue! I've been resting so much and it's obvious. I really need to start my exercise routine again. But your results look fantastic!
