About 2 months

Havent updated in a while. Everything looks great, started back at the gym and was able to wear my strapless dress without a bra!!! It was amazing! Scars are starting to look a little pink, but that was expected during this point in time. So far everything has been uneventful! One thing I noticed however is that sometimes my nipples look "puffy" i dont know how to explain it, but then later on they will be nice and flat (when I push down on them too). Anyone else experience that?

1 Month!

I saw my doctor for my 1 month post op. and we are both very happy with the results. He was surprised the glue was still stuck on me but advised me it was okay to peel it off. I also got cleared to start working out again! Yay! I really wish I did this surgery years ago!

So happy! 4 weeks..

Its been a month since my surgery and I am astounded at how amazing my breasts looks. All the previous concerns I had regarding asymmetry and the nipples being a little different have diminished completely. Our bodys are amazing in how they heal!

Overall this has been an uneventful recovery. No issues whatsoever. I wash the inscion areas twice a day with Dial soap (morning and night) and wear a comfortable sports bra pretty much 24/7. No pain really, just sometimes feel sore or feel spurts of shooting "pain" which im assuminng is related to all the nerves and whatnot reestablishing themselves.

I am meeting my PS in a couple days for my 2nd post-op appointment. Hoping to be cleared for exersice! I also hope to ask how much longer the surgical glue along with the sugical ink comes off completely.

Dr. Darrow and his assistant Helen are amazing and make you feel extremely comfortable. Dr. Darrow is very knowledgable and honest and doesn't try to push other procedures you don't need on you. He immediately put me at ease and answered every single one of my questions. During the surgery he and his staff were great. They had some great music playing softly in the background in the OR room before they knocked me out :) Overall an excellent experience. Would recommend him to everyone!
