So today is my surgery date. I was so scared this morning but everything was so amazing! That could still be the drugs talking lol but I really feel like the second time around has been completely different. I've been wanting to replace them for a long time now. They were very uneven and had a lot of rippling. I can't compare yet, but I'm very executed to see them. I'm all bandaged up and can't take it off till Monday but I will be posting pictures!

Post op day two
The pain today is a little worse than yesterday but still very tolerable. I took my bra off and almost passed out. I think I was so nervous to see them. But I am loving them so far. I'm very swollen and so is my belly. I feel like the pain meds actually keep me up. I haven't slept at all. Hopefully I can tonight.

Congratulations! How long did you have your original implants? I'm guessing the main reason for your revision was to go a larger? Hoping you've gotten some sleep the past few nights! I would love it if you would be the first to comment on the January 2017 breast implant revision surgery forum. If the link does not work, you can type the forum title into the RealSelf search bar. Keep us posted!

I am very happy with my size! Everyone was shocked when they saw me and realized they weren't huge lol. A lot of friends tried to tell me I was going too big which stressed me out when I was trying to decide. But they really aren't that big at all. I think they're a perfect size. Definitely go for it!

I did the same thing.,, after a year and a half, I went from 370 to 545 and I couldn't be happier! Take it easy with recovery and follow your PS instructions. Congratulations!
