Hey everyone,
Absolutely no discomfort anymore. For a while I could still feel pulling on the scar when doing certain exercises but I now there is none. My scar I think definitely opened up a little bit in the centre which is causing a kind of indentation on my lower stomach which is kind of bothering me - I will see my doctor next month and bring it up with him. I have been working out every day sometimes twice a day and been on a diet really watching what I eat. I can’t get over how happy I am now with the results. Recovery is such a roller coaster - you have good days and bad days and I can’t stress enough how much more of an emotional journey it is then a physical. Haven’t been able to bloody tan yet because on the weekends the weather has been crap haha. But I’ll update you guys later, if you’re thinking about doing this - do it. You’ll thank yourself.

Hi there! Your story has really inspired me to take the leap. Where did you get the surgery done?
Do you have keloid skin
You look Amazing - great results. How has the scar been I mean, do you feel it when you brush against it etc? How soon did you fly back to australia after the surgery?

Hey everyone,
Just letting you know I’m 3 months PO. I feel absolutely amazing now, everything so far has healed well - my scar is a little thick but JT really doesn’t bother me. I am out doing this I wouldn’t before and been going to the gym nearly everyday and eating healthy and I feel so good. I think all the swelling has gone now and I’m super stoked with how I look. Can’t believe it’s me! Now going to get that 6 pack!

Hey Man, You are looking great! WOW, good job. Now to get that 6 pack! I am 2 months out and really liking my results! Now to work on that 6 pack also! lol.
I need a surgery like that, I've been working out for 15 years and I tried all kind of diets and exercises and I cannot lose that ugly tummy. The worse thing is that, if I lose let say 10 lbs of body weight, I lose muscle instead of fat ! That ugly fat needs to get carpet bomb forever !
Who did this? How much did it cost? How long were you in pain?
good job! loving all these updated progress photos of your surgery and how the swelling has went down for you. I just had my revision surgery a few days ago to extend my scar around my back, remove more skin and liposuction of the flanks so your updates have been keeping me optimistic about the swelling going down within a couple/few months! congrats on the surgery and killing your goals!

Hey everyone! 2 months post op today and I feel amazing! Totally back to normal with activities which is great. This operation is COMPLETELY WORTH IT. I think my doctor could have taken more from my lower back; but oh well I’m just going to continue gyming super hard! I’ve been gyming once sometimes twice a day, 6 days a week and have started swimming again! The confidence I feel just walking around is life changing. I feel so confident. I’ve added some new photos, will update in a month or so! If you have any questions too please fire away!

Hi, man you look great. Congratulations on everything. I am 4 weeks post out from a full body lift, flank lipo and my man boobies (can’t think of the big name lol) I also got muscle tightening. I lost 125 pounds (not sure how many kl that is) so I had lots of loose skin. I totally understand how you felt because I’ve been feeling the same things, I just keep telling myself it will be better and worth it! I’m still hunched over probably 80% normal from the muscle tightening. But it’s getting better! Thanks for sharing your pictures and story!
Hey mate, thanks heaps!! Glad to hear You're doing well! I didn't get the muscle tightening so my recovery was pretty easy so feeling for you man!! It's an emotional roller coaster for the first two months then your mind eases its focus I think!!
Thanks for the support, I think that’s almost the worst part is the emotional roller coaster. Some days I wonder why I did it to myself
Yep I was exactly the same. And I thought I looked way bette than before because of the swelling etc but it definitely gets better when you hit two months!
