My 19 mo post op from round 1
I'm 19 mo post op and ready for round 2 with Rafael GOMEZ in Bogota, COLOMBIA. I will have more Lipo and bbq also maybe abdominal etching to be discussed with surgeon. Overall I'm happy to have done round 1. I didn't think I would have needed round 2 but at least I have more than enough fat to complete my bbl. This time I want a perfect hour glass. Round hips, small waist, real flat stomach, and great round behind with projection. Dolls tummy tuck alone does not flattened your abdominal although it will appear flat post op for a while but the fat cells that was not Lipo will grow to its original state and blow up even more. You need Lipo after a tt. Anyways happy to use the fat for more bbl on a positive note.

I'm 53, 150 pounds, 5'4" I'm having Lipo abdomen. Back. Waist. Arms. Inner thighs and bbl with doctor Gomez August 2 in Bogota. COLOMBIA. I found him on his facebook group. I whatsapp his coordinator assistant Liliana and she responded less than 12 hours to my inquire. She is very professional and down to earth. She is always available everywhere I contact her Facebook whatsapp email.. I made my deposit really fast because I had to plan surgery during my vacation. I'm 19 months post op tummy tuck. Lipo. Breast lift and bbq with Dr. Manon. I need to have Lipo on my abdomen which is the area that was not Lipo. I gain weight post op on all the areas that was lipo as well. My back have rolls again and my stomach is rapidly getting back to the initial point. This is really discoraging. I did not gain weight purposely to have more bbl. My metabolism is slow and I did not exercise much post op. I look good in clothes but very sad on even a one piece bathing suit. ???? I never taught I would have surgery again for the same reasons. Dr. Manon did a good job with my butt but since I need more projection and a rounder hip I must look at my situation positively. I see lots of doll struggling to gain more weight for round 2 but me I didn't have to sweat it at all! I chose to go to COLOMBIA for several reasons. It is the plastic surgery celebrity reputed among the best surgeons in South america to name a few Venezuela Colombia Brazil
I also chose Dr Gomez because I follow closely the dolls reviews on Dr Gomez after care. He is very present and involved in his patients recovery. He keep close contact with the recovery nurses and they report every thing to him. One doll said that she just cough a little bit and the nurse was on the phone with the doctor. Dr. Gomez have excellent reviews on real self and all his dolls are happy with their results. Only one thing made me hesitant is that he is a natural body result surgeon. Most of his dolls want natural bodies. I'm looking for a mix of safety from the surgery and hour glass vixen!! ????Yep I want my cake and eat it to. I don't want an invasive doctor especially not for 2nd round but a doctor that will give me hips lateral and good at finding fat to Lipo for bbl. I'm worried that he would not be aggressive enough and leave to much fat on my body but I'm not the lease nervous to have surgery with him. He cares about his patients and really look after his dolls. I Hurd the recovery is a nice apartment on the beach. All the dolls where impressed with the recovery, the nurses, the service and their results. I told Lilianna that I didn't want a natural body. I want a bigger butt lol!???? and round hips galore! She assured me that he can do what you want as long he inderstand what you want. Any ways I checked Plazas in COLOMBIA as well only after I made my deposit to Gomez. I sent a request for a quote in whatsapp and it's passed 48 hours never had a response. Plazas is very good but the after care is a big issue according to reviews. When the doctor is overbooked I find it very dangerous for the patient because the Dr overlook at any post op issue that may occur because he is busy having 3-4 surgeries a day. Dr. Gomez does 1 maybe 2 surgeries a day apparently I will check but he takes time for his post op patients. He have 35 years experience as a surgeon. The best part is that I am not worried or nervous but excitexcited rather to have my round 2. My butt is gonna be very big as it is already big from round 2. Manon didn't put hips on me so I have a sent that I need to fill with fat on my hips. I want cuff and projection. Thank God for the slow metabolism I have fat galore! I also want abdominal etching but I didn't ask to be quoted for it. I will ask him to add it when I meet with him. Gomez won't have his patients on the operating room more than 4 hours according to a doll review. I'm excited I packed my bag. We don't have to bring much. Everything is included. Recovery $1000 us with faha. Meds. Nurses. 12 massages. Compression sucks. Surgery bras. Food...travel light was Liliana's strongest recommendation.
