BBL Revision, TT (To Correct Bad Lipo) and Possibly Rhino Revision (Apprx $1700 Extra if I Decide To)

I am having a BBL revision after a bad outcome with Yily (and/or her team). See my review from 5 years ago.
I have been in touch with Lili, Dr Gomez's daugter/assistant for a while now and she is most helpful. I had a bit of a delay, but only had to move my date forward a couple of days. Dr. Gomez is an amazing doctor. He is safe and caring. He is one of the best TT doctors I have seen. Tiny waist, tiny smooth scar, excellent placement of scar. His breast work is amazing too (I am not having breast done, but if I ever have a lift, that's who I will return to). Most of his work can be seen on Instagram. He is a maxiofacial doctor as well, so I may get my rhino revision with him too. I will decide after the consult.
I will be getting full 360 lipo with fat transfer to buttocks (possibly vulva too and maybe even face if the consult goes well and I have enough fat. I may go to a doctor in the states for the face fat transfer). Normally, I would not need a TT, but I have to now that I have lumpy fat under my skin. I have posted pics under my Yily review recently. You can only see my back, but you can see why I need to tighten skin up. You cannot remove all that lumpiness with lipo alone. I don't even know if he can fix my back or not. I will tell him he can cut me up, just make me smooth. I think it is worse to be lumpy than scarred, although many would disagree (I heal very, very well and would rather treat the scar with laser and tatooing, lumpiness is gross).

Dr said I should gain some weight if I can because I don't have much fat. I don't agree. I think I have a decent amount of fat, but it just likes to hide well. I am trying though. I'm sure I put on weight in the last week or two. I hate eating junk, but I don't have time, so bring on the pizza and potato chips! lol

Surgery paid, added $200 for the pain pump. Sending out the $$ for the accommodations tomorrow. Tomorrow is the only real day I have to get ready, buy anything I need, do laundry and pack my bag. I am packing relatively light and buying most of what I need there (which isn't much, I'm going minimal).
