Worse Than Before Dr Deal in Tn

I had several consults with Dr Deal. My concern was my laxity in my upper arms. When he suggested Bodytite and assured me there would be at least 20% improvement. I agreed. With a friend present with me, I asked him NOT to take any fat out beucase I needed the volume. He again said it would be firmed up. It's WAY worse than before I had the treatment. I sat him late June and Deal said I need another treatment - which I can't afford. He said I only need to pay for operation fees and a tip for the device. I have pictures to post of my befores and afters. Will let you know after my next procedure. My closest friends who were interested in getting it are now scared to and they don't believe I should have to pay for second procedure to correct the messed up stuff. Im going to talk to him again in a few weeks.

Transparency / safety are first and foremost with my patients. If presented a patient with extreme laxity, I explain that a brachioplasty would be best option. If you do not want the scar & want to retain volume / fat, I explain that we can try bodytite. I would have said a 20% ( not even 50%) improvement, so you did not get your expectations up.
As I do with all patients, Im more than happy to fix this with no charge of my services to you. All I ask of my patient is to pay OR and anesthesia.
