Consultation review - they were running so behind

Worst customer service. I had a 6pm consult on a Monday. I received a call from office earlier in the day asking if I would be willing to be interviewed for a promotional news story they were doing (a bold request since I wasn't a client yet). I got off work and called again at 4pm to see if by chance they had a cancelations to live my appointment up earlier. They did not, but this would have been a great opportunity to tell me they were running so behind. I drive 30 minutes to Columbia and killed time getting an awful pedicure across the road. I check in for my appointment- still no mention of how behind they are. I wait 15 minutes and notice someone is ahead of me and had not been seen so I ask. The administrator checks and shares "the earliest will be another hour due to filming". Outrageous. I am surpirsed to read all the positive reviews. This is not the type of service I except to receive anywhere. This was unbelievably rude and at the least would have like the professional courtesy to know if I will be waiting in your office over an hour at the end of a busy work day.
