Surgical scar healing

The first image in 10 days after surgery untreated.
Second image is incision 6 weeks healed having been under constant application of silicone tape, aside from 1 day a week when i massage bio oil into the scar and let it breath over night before re-taping.
While the incision looks better, it has also become very rigid and i can still feel lumps underneath; some possible scar tissue and others possible rejected absorbable sutures or staples that should resolve themselves.
Swelling has drastically subsided but still present around scar line.

Whos body is this?

I Cant stop taking selfies and comparing them to the before pics. Seriously life changing. I feel more like myself than I have in a long time. (Decades?)
Had the first laser treatment for the tattoo that didnt make the cut. Didnt hurt due to the feeling/nerve loss i still have in my skin .

6 weeks healed incisions

Here you can see where i am having some suture “spitting” - where the dissolvable sutures below are trying to come up. Apparently my body does not like them and this is a rare occurrence of rejection. Ive gone into office and had them removed and or trimmed over the last few weeks. I have some currently that are below skin and feel rigid. Hopeful that they will just absorb.
This is still very early in the healing process and they are red and show some irregularity. Most of my swelling still follows their path as well. This is all normal. This should continue to improve over the next 10 months or so.
As soon as the scabbing had cleared, i began using silicone incision tape easily found on Amazon. I only change it every 5 days or so, when it starts to come off on its own. I shower with it on in between. When i remove it, i take the opportunity to fully moisturize the area using bio oil and treat the new scar with mederma scar treatment. I let the area “breath” for most of a day and then i use a moisturizing cleanser and then reapply the silicone tape once again and repeat in a few days.
The light pealing in the photos is topical cream flaking and not dry skin.
