I'm Back

-Had surgery on Sept. 7, 2017. The day of surgery was rough; only thing that hurt was my back. Bone crashing hurt. Couldn't deal with the incisions pain for the back pain. I like the fact that I had a catheter in. First day I didn't do anything but lay in bed, and thought about how bad my back hurt.
-Finally got a recliner on Sept 8, 2017 and you would have thought I was in heaven. The incisions
don't hurt but those drain tubes are a monster; especially the left one. I have had so little output til dr said he will remove the drains on Tuesday.
-Today Sept 9, 2017, I had a shower and I was happy at what I saw. Still a lot of swelling.
The staff here is terrific. You ring your nurse call button and they are right there. They check on you often, if you don't ring it. The food is good. If you don't like what was given you, the chef comes in and ask you what would you like. Immediately he prepares the dish and brings it back to you.
I am also finishing up my tooth implant that was started in Dec 2016. Get this, my dentist came to the hospital to do the second mold. I am feeling and doing great! Thanks for all the words comfort.

It's Time

Today is the day. Have my IV in and just waiting patiently???? Check back in after surgery

Art Work

Have arrived in Puerto Vallarta. Dr Guerrero is so fine lol While he was doing his art work on me, he was so focus. I couldn't even talk to him b/c he was so focus on marking me. For a thigh lift he does an angular cut. He told me that a portion of the scar will be on top. Why he does this instead of the vertical cut is b/c of the pressure when walking causes the openings. His best results are to do angulars and avoid the groin area openings. I told him it didn't matter as long as I have great results. Just want to wear shorts and a bathing suit with a skirt, will do me just fine; not 29 but 59 years old. This is Dr Linda. Who will be assisting him in surgery. She is so nice. My check in time is 7:30a tomorrow to do my blood work then off to surgery.
