I had the best experience and the doctors and all their staff are amazing. They made it so easy to be there by myself and still have a great recovery. Even almost 16 weeks later they still check on me and if I have any questions or concerns they are very quick to respond to me. They are super professional and take great care of their patients.

I had been researching plastic surgeons before covid hit. I thought I had picked my surgeon and was just waiting for travel clearance. During the time waiting I continued to research my procedures and plastic surgeons. I came across Premium Care Plastic Surgery with Dr. Campbell & Dr. Restrepo.Their website was very informative and transparent. I read through their website probably 200 times. I also read separate reviews. I booked a video consult with Dr. Campbell. During my consult he was very professional and informative and talked me through the process. I knew at the end of my consult I had found my surgeon.I could not wait for travel to be opened up again. Melissa my coordinator continued to be in contact with me during the months. She was amazing. She was very responsive and always answered my questions and guided me through the process. How did I know I had found "the one"? lol.Dr. Campbell is very easy to talk to and very professional. I could tell that he loved what he did and that he was very knowledgeable and competent. He spoke English which was very important to me, especially going to a foreign country. I did not want there to be any miscommunication or anything lost in translation when it comes to such an important thing. He is double board certified.They have a Recovery Suite that has everything you could ever want or need for your recovery. I knew I would be traveling by myself so it put me at ease knowing that they had all this support. Making the decision to go to a foreign country for medical procedures is one thing but also trying to find a safe and secure place to recover is very important. They take all the stress of accommodations away from you.From the moment you arrive at the airport until you are returned to the airport they can help you with everything in between. I had my pre-op consultation with anesthesia and Dr. Campbell the day before my procedure. During the consultation it was discussed what I was looking for and what he felt would be my best options. With the procedures I was wanting, it was decided to do a two stage surgery approach. I felt amazing leaving the consult. I knew I was in good hands.The day of my procedure I felt at ease with the staff. They took their time getting me ready and never seemed rushed. It was a very calming experience. Especially going into a major surgery that someone might have a lot of anxiety. I met Dr. Restrepo aka Dr. Carolina prior to going back to the OR and she has such a beautiful aura about her I never felt more comfortable and confident going into surgery with these two amazing plastic surgeons.While I was being marked before surgery Dr. Campbell took his time and also made a few alterations in the plan that would give me better results. I swear he is an artist. I was like how do you plan to get that down there, way up here??? I woke up in recovery had a pretty uneventful recovery. They were great at keeping pain under control and getting me into my faja for the first time.The nurse stayed with me overnight to take care of me and ensure I was taking my medications on time. The nurse comes to see you every day to help you shower change dressings etc. During my breast lift there was some concern with blood supply to my nipple areola complex. Dr. Campbell was very proactive and had me start hyperbaric treatments post op day 1.They monitored me very closely. My second stage surgery was planned for 5 days later however my hemoglobin had dropped below their surgery threshold. They knew this procedure (brachioplasty) was very important for me to have. They worked so hard with me to get my hemoglobin levels up. I was taking iron, vitamins, erythropoietin. The recovery suites was making me special smoothies & liver.The whole team was working together to get me where I needed to be. I also appreciated that they never wavered from standards to do my second stage surgery. I did have some wound complications that had nothing to do with my surgeons but my how my body reacted to the sutures and tape. My surgeons were right there with me working to get everything healed. I am so happy with my results. Even with the wound complications I had I would still do it all over again and would not change a thing. The doctor's and staff made it absolutely an amazing experience considering.The doctor's worked miracles on my body. Never could I have imagined that I would come out with such amazing and drastic improvements. I still look at my body and think "they are miracle workers". I cannot recommend them enough to change someone's life for the better.
