Consultation review: horrible first impression

I had a consultation today that first the doctor was late so i called the office to inquire, the receptionist stated she was very sorry but the doctor is running late she did not know how late however if i needed to reschedule his next virtual appointment would be in January. Finally he called me and said he has been on the line since 5:00 (it is now 5:18) and he doesn’t know what the problem is but it’s (the link) isn’t working! I went on to let him know I have been on the line since 4:45 giving the 15 minute early requirement of him and I also spoke with his receptionist who told me you were running late he then went to tell me ( wry nasty and sarcastic) yea well they are trying to protect me but I’m telling you I’m sitting in my car in a parking lot and have been on since 5:00! First of all that is no way to speak to anyone let alone a potential patient furthermore how the h*ll you doing a consultation for a major surgery if a bodylift in a car in a parking lot! And to top it off he states he can still talk to me and went to ask questions that he should have known the answer to by reading over the information I submitted before making my consultation appointment. All I will say is I prayed to god to guide me in the right direction regarding picking a surgeon and Dr Deane was my final consultation before making a final decision! Thank you Dr Deane for just a warm “meet and greet” you have made my decision that much easier! Anyone looking to get and major surgery done steer clear of this Dr in my opinion!!!
