Dr. Agha is amazing.

I’ve know for quite a while I wanted a lower body and arm lift. I exercise daily and lift weights but at 66, my body had skin laxity that nothing short of surgery would fix.
After searching months on plastic surgery websites, I found one doctor whose excellent before and after pictures stood out above the rest, Dr. Siamak Agha of Newport Beach, California. Not only that, he performed body lifts and brachioplasties on a weekly basis.
I called his office and decided to fly from the Midwest to Newport Beach for a face to face consultation. I can’t begin to express how pleased I was. Everyone in the office was so welcoming and once I met with Dr. Agha, I knew if I went through with the surgery, he would be my choice as the surgeon. He discussed the different procedures he felt I would benefit from. His kind and caring personality along with his extensive experience put me at ease.
Throughout the following months, I would contact the office with many questions. Shireen, the office manager, and Chelsea, the Physician Assistant would always be available to guide and encourage me along this journey. I finally arrived at a decision to have a tummy tuck with liposuction of the abdomen and waist, a front and outer thigh lift, an arm lift and fat transfer to the breast and hands. Surgery scheduled for Feb. 2019.
THE SURGERY
Landed in Newport Beach the afternoon before surgery.
Dr. Agha met with me that afternoon to go over the details one last time. He drew extensively on my body the various places he would lipo and remove skin. Next morning surgery began and I don’t remember much until the next day. I had a friend with me who took great care of me. I have to admit, this is a tough surgery and at times early on, I questioned my sanity for doing it. But I am so thrilled with my arms and abs. I would do it again. In fact, with the extended tummy tuck, which goes around to the side of my hips, I am going back to finish the back side as planned in September.
I returned for a three month checkup. At that time, Chelsea took pics that I am including. The scars on my arms are so thin. The pictures don’t show how good they look. My abs have never been this flat in years. Just remarkable work by Dr. Agha. I must give kudos to Chelsea. She as his P.A., is part of the surgery team. She has been so good to me. When my friend left to go home, I was there for an additional time by myself and I would Uber to the office for Chelsea to change my dressings. I came home with one draining tube left and and continued draining for an extended time. Chelsea and I text each other daily with my cc. numbers until she said it was ok to pull the drain. She is an angel and I can’t thank her enough.
Dr. Agha is phenomenal. He has an eye for seeing the female body and knowing how to sculpt it to the best it can aesthetically be.
