Exceptional ! I did my research, then met with Dr. Katzen . I knew immediately upon meeting him how much he truly cared. In his very calm and always kind demeanor he answered my questions. He made me comfortable. Any questions I had he put me at ease with the most through answers. After that first meeting , my fear was replaced by excitement.
