Lower Body Lift

I purchased a bikini today! I haven’t worn a bikini since high school (about 20 years ago). I’m so happy with my results and can definitely recommend this procedure and Dr. Hall. Im amazed at how my abdomen and backside look compared to before surgery. I’m still not at 100% but I’m getting there. My abdominal soreness had been gone a few weeks until I lifted my daughter onto a swing at the park a couple of days ago. She’s 44lbs. I should have known better but I thought it would be ok since I hadn’t had any soreness in a few weeks. It’s nothing terrible. Just feel like I’ve been doing a lot of crunches again. Otherwise, I’m still very numb but the scars are healing very nicely! I go for another follow up at around 12 weeks with “after” pics to be taken then. I’ll share those when I get them!

Well, it’s been 3 weeks and I believe it looks better each and every day. Any abdominal soreness I had disappeared about 4 days ago. I’m still very numb around the incision and Dr. Hall tells me that will continue for some time. I’ve been able to reach the floor to pick things up pretty easily over the last couple of days. I’m definitely taking it easy compared to what I normally do (I have 3 kids- ages 2, 4, & 10 and a husband who works 80-90 hour work weeks). My 10 year old has been helping more than usual with carrying laundry baskets, taking out the trash, and chasing my 2 year old when he takes off which is too frequently :)

I am moving around better each day and even shaved my legs today. Been having a little tingling in my lower back near the surgical incisions.
