I've been too lazy to document my journey on here but here it goes.
I had a consultation with Dr Ramos sometimes last year and I made my decision to go ahead with the procedure this year. Consultation was great and he was very friendly. He showed me many pictures and I was sure I wanted to get this done. What excited me the most was that it was an Awake bbl. I would only be lightly sleepy but awake and aware while the procedure went on.
So on the 9th of September I had my surgery. Today makes it two weeks post surgery. It was body jet lipo and some fat transfer to my butt. I did not desire a huge butt so he only put 500ccs in each cheeks. I already had some ass to start with but I really wanted him to fill out the dimples/cellulite which he did. If you want a big butt, you have to exaggerate your expectations to doctor Ramos because he'll make you as natural as possible. I love my butt and my waist is snatched! My waist was 36 inches before surgery and it was 32 inches when i got home that day. It is 30 inches today two weeks after and I am still swollen so I can only imagine my end result. My butt measures 45 inches even though swelling has reduced in that area too. I will say the pain was a 6 the second day. I couldn't go to work for two days because I just wanted to lay in bed but on the 3rd day I didn't even need pain pills.
I will continue to document my progress. I intend to go back for arm lipo, inner thigh lipo and fat transfer to my boobs.

The before pictures were taken on September 8th the night before surgery. I was very anxious but I knew that I wanted to do this. At least just to reduce my mommy tummy if anything. I was excited to stay awake for the procedure cos being put to sleep was out of it for me.
In the after pictures I have my faja on and the one in the bathing suit, I don’t have a faja on. I will continue to update my progress. I am 5 weeks post op and I still swell. I’m hoping my belly can reduce even more. I religiously wear my faja. Maybe I’m eating too much salty foods or maybe not enough fat was taken out, I don’t know. We shall see at the 3 month mark. By then swellling should have significantly reduced. Dr Ramos gives Lats. I actually desire to have more hips.

Oh thank you. I needed to hear that. The swelling could be very frustrating. Yesterday was my 6th week and i'm still swelling.

Hello! First off, you look awesome! I want to go, had a consult a year ago! But I'm bervous, about pain during and after. I got a consult for her 360 lipo only...I gave a butt, just too much stomach to tell. What would you.day pain was like day of and during. Also are their any regrets you would tell him or change? There was no pain during at all. I was very nauseaous after but I never got to throw up. There was no pain on day one but day 2, I felt like I was hit by a bus. I took the pain pill every 4 hours and that really helped. Like I literally work up at midnight to take the pill. By day 4 I felt like I could go to work but I didn’t anyway. It was so easy that my cousin that lived with me didn’t realize I had surgery until he noticed my new shape. Use your pain pill else you’ll be in so much pain to function.

Thank you!! This helped me so much! Wow, he didnt even know you had surgery! Lol- that's good though, in terms of pain! I'm gonna go back now and schedule it! Question, did you use care credit and if not, did they let you pay on your surgery? Also, do you have any updated pics of you post op? You look awesome already...

Yes they accept care credit. I paid some with care credit and the rest I paid with my debit card. I will update my progress by the 3 month mark in about 3 weeks. I have lost some weight (intentionally) and I still love my results. My butt only went down one inch so far. I only wish my belly was flatter but I think it’s still this way because I have diastasis recti from carrying a baby. My waist is now 30 inches. Only wish it could be smaller but that’s just greed. I’ll update pictures. Schedule it! :)

I am scheduled for February 2021. You dont know how much this settled my spirit. He seems to be an awesome Dr from my consultation. Then I started reading reviews and started panicking a little. You look amazing. I will be following your progress. Im sooooo excited!! I would love for you to keep me under your wing til I get through this. AGAIN you look great and I cant wait!!

Girl no worries! He’s a sweet doctor. I’m definitely going back to him for my boobs. His technique is so good the fat he injected was so golden yellow unlike other videos I’ve seen online where the fat is mixed with blood. Today makes it 3 months since my surgery and I’m beginning to fluff.
