Strax Rejuvenation Should Be Shut Down! - Boca Raton, FL

What should have been a minor procedure, turned into a mess. I went to have my pierced ears closed. I was left with ugly scars (now 8 months later) and notches in my earlobes. I have also endured chronic pain and infections in the scars and when I went back a few months after the surgery, was told by another surgeon there that I had blood and pus in all 3 of the scars.
Dr. Hamm sewed up one hole in my left ear, a nurse (I imagine that was her title) did the 2 holes in my right ear. The office will not give me her name or credentials.
When I went to have my stitches removed, a young lady RIPPED them out, apologizing the whole time and telling me this was her first time doing this! I asked her to get someone else but she said she'd be more careful. Again, the office will not release her name or title to me.
Also, well after having Dr. Hamm tell me I could have my ears repierced, I did so...only to have one hole almost rip right thru again (even though I was wearing small, 14K gold posts) and the other 2 closing up due to the infections.
I asked for my money back and was told, "That's not going to happen!" About a month later, after constant communication with the office, they offered me $522, the surgeon's part of the money but wouldn't refund the office's part. I said no.
I had revision surgery done yesterday, paying out of my pocket. They had to cut away the bottom part of my earlobes in order to get rid of the notches that Dr. Hamm left and revise the scars. This surgeon put me on an antibiotic, something Hamm or New Look Boca (Strax Rejuvenation) never did...even AFTER telling me there was blood in pus in the scars!
These offices (Strax AND New Look Boca) should be closed down and never able to open under another name ANYWHERE!!!
By the way...both locations have had several patients DIE within days of their surgeries and I have already had 2 other women contact me regarding their botched surgeries at New Look Boca!
