50 Years Old Removing 10 Yr Old 550cc Saline Implants and Going to 700 Cc Silicone Implants - Boca Raton, FL

It's actually 5 days post op ! I feel uncomfortable not crazy pain. I just left the PS office and had all the tape removed , he did an AMAZING job.i think I look good for being 50 years old. No !! I wish I did. They weren't really bad just lost their fullness. Doing the internal bra will prevent the boob drop and keep them perky..

I am below the muscle now and thinking about adding the internal bra due to the my 10 year old 550cc implants dropping 2 inches, I am getting another lift though. I was planning on getting my upper eyes done at the same time but I may change my plan and instead do the internal bra since my eyes aren't bad.. Some advice please :-)

I've done lots of research also and highly recommend the internal bra... I will definitely request it when I have my revision! I'm 510cc moderate profile they look wide and flat on me and I'm 5'3". I've had several consults and have been told due to my wide cheat I would need to increase at least 200cc to go up a cup. Several surgeons recommended 800cc for me if I switch from above the muscle to below they'll look a bit smaller under the muscle. Since you already have them under the muscle I would at least go 200cc increase... So many girls regret not going bigger. I had 300cc salines in 1999 changed to 510cc stayed above the muscle and went up about full cup size depending on the bra... I had a email consult with Pozner he didn't say what size he would go with until an in person consult but he did suggest moving them under the muscle. I canceled surgery with Revis I was suppose to have the internal bra w/800cc but broke my foot... I've seen some bad reviews with a Revis also which makes me happy I didn't move forward with the surgery. Krau suggested 800cc HP also moving under the muscle. Pozner has great reviews I'm sure he will help you make the right decision. Most of the girls on this site say "when in doubt with size go larger" to prevent boob greed. Just follow your gut feeling. I went with 500's thinking they were gonna be huge on me and boy was I disappointed! Implants look so different on each person I've seen girls that look huge with 500's. I can't wait to see your posts after your revision! They say eat lots of pineapple and drink pineapple juice to help with the swelling and start laxatives a day or two before surgery if you know you'll gonna have to take pain pills. They cause severe constipation. Most girls can switch over to Tylenol after the first day which helps to prevent it! I wish you well!!! You're in good hands based on his reviews! :)

Thank You !!! He is the BEST. He did my implants 10 years ago and they still look good but they did drop, he did my tummy tuck in March 2015 and it looks AMAZING.. Dr. Pozner did recommend the internal bra he uses Seri. So honestly is 700 cc enough or go 750cc? Also do a consultation with him you will love him.. My surgery is Wednesday and I am getting nervous and excited at the same time.

Surgery is today 01/27 at 7:45 am.. I am doing the Seri silk internal bra. Thanks for your advice.

Its over... pain not bad at all. He used 659 cc Silicone he couldn't go larger my skin wouldn't stretch and I also had the Seri Silk internal bra. I also did my upper and lower eyelids. I have an 9am appointment tomorrow and will post pics ..

Well that was yesterday... today it showed up still not as bad as my tummy tuck.
