I've always had small breasts. They weren't saggy; they just didn't have any upper pole fullness. So I finally decided to get implants.
I've spent some time on here, checking out doctors, and decided to go with Dr. Weniger.
They had a $500 off any plastic surgery for that month, which made it even more appealing.
I had my consultation on May 2nd.
His assistant Jessica was very friendly (and also stunningly beautiful, no homo...lol).
She gave me different implants to try on with a sports bra. I quickly decided against the high profile ones. Guess I'm more of a moderate girl.
Dr. Weniger took measurements of my breasts and talked to me about what I wanted my breasts to look like.
He decided on 415 cc, textured, moderate profile Sientra implants.
He's a very refreshing character, and his sarcasm is on point. I love me some sarcastic people. They're hard to find around here.
(Fun fact: He looks just like my first boyfriend I had in Germany, so I giggled inside my head a few times while he was talking to me).
The two weeks after, I found myself scared that 415 cc would be too big.
The two weeks thereafter, I was afraid they'd be too small.
It was an emotional rollercoaster!
Looking at pictures was no help at all, because implants never look the same on different women. I've seen 415 cc's that looked tiny, and I've seen some that looked huge.
I think it's safe to say that I've seen, what feels like, 2 million breasts in the past month!
I'm very thankful for all the ladies who left reviews on here. I've learned a lot through those. They prepared me for what to expect; the swelling, the firmness, the square look.
My surgery was yesterday, May 31st.
I forgot the nurse's name who prepped me. All I know is that it started with a J.
She was sooo sweet and made me feel super comfortable. I was really thankful for her!
The surgey was supposed to be at 2pm, but didn't start until after 4. Honestly, that fact helped me a lot with my anxiety.
Instead of worrying about the procedure, all I could really think of was food and water!!
I don't remember waking up and driving home.
My husband informed me that I ate chicken nuggets and fries on the way home. Interesting! Lol
The only thing that popped into my mind earlier, was remembering that I had the worst back pain when I woke up. But that's all I remember.
The night was good, not much pain. I woke up several times to drink water and take my pills.
Today, the pain is there, especially when I try to get up. I can't even open my pill bottles. It's funny how much the chest muscles are used in daily life without realizing it.
When I lay still, there's barely any pain.
My breasts look square and they're so firm that I constantly think they will explode.
Thank you again to everyone who left reviews and gave me the chance to learn from them and prepare myself for the whole ordeal.

I think I spoke too soon
I think my doctor put shots of local anesthetic around my breasts during surgery, and I think it finally wore off last night. My breasts are so hard that I think they'll explode, and there was some serious pain kicking in last night. I took all of my pills, including a valium, and went to bed early. I woke up a few times to drink water and take more meds. As of this morning, the pain got a little bit better. I'll see how this day goes. My biggest concern is that the incision opens up because it's getting so much pressure. I need to stop thinking the worst, but there's tape over them and I have no way of looking at them, so that freaks me out quite a bit...

Post op day 2
Not much change so far. I think the swelling went down a tiny bit, but that could just be in my hopeful imagination. They're still hard as rocks and square at the top.
I'm allowed to shower tonight and I'm really excited about that. My skin is very itchy from the stuff they put on me during surgery. Not sure what it is; I'm guessing antibacterial liquid. They're still very painful when I move around or try to get up, so I'm laying down most if the day. I feel I still need the hydrocodone for the pain, but I'm hoping tomorrow I can switch to Tylenol. I'm not trying to get an addiction to narcotic pain meds. Lol
