36 Yo WL Victor! TT, Mons Lipo, Thigh Lift - Bloomfield Hills, MI

I am super excited to start a review - I'm coming to the US from Asia for a TT - with lipo on my flanks, mon lipo and it and will be part of the TT/lifted and a thigh lift - at least that's what's on the menu. I've only met with my surgeon over the phone and he's only seen pics!! My consult is officially on Dec 17 - two days before the actual surgery!

I'm doing it over the holidays and will be home for 3 weeks before I have to return to Asia (16 hour flight, one short layover in Seattle, total travel time of 24 hours!!) and go back to work!

I have lost about 80 pounds TWICE in my life...so this is a long overdue restart. Now that I'm in my mid 30s losing weight, keeping it off and trying to get things tighter could not be harder!! So to help this time around, I had a VSG about 2 years ago and took off the weight again. I've maintained about 180 for 2 years and now I'm going to have the final real transformation.

I'm nervous, excited, anxious, wondering if this is the right thing to do, how badly will it hurt - this community has been amazing in knowing more about the entire roller coaster I'm about to get on and I want to contribute...so here goes!!

So it's 8 days before I travel back to the US and 11 days before my surgery. I spend all my free time on this website looking at results, reading about recovery and the entire process. Obsessed doesn't even begin to cover it. I can't sleep at night I'm so excited, anxious, ready to go.

I find it fascinating how people have such different experiences and rules to follow post op - like being able to shower 2 days post op verses some people having to wait until the drains are out 7 like 7 days later....i guess i will see what happens in 11 days!

I am wondering if I should do a medial thigh lift at this point - I'm wondering what with the lifting and lipo of my TT and mons lift that isn't enough to make them more manageable and improve their sagginess...they really aren't that bad. It's something I will bring up with my PS in 9 days when I have my in person consult.

Curious if anyone else found that their thighs got better after a TT/mons lift?

I realized I didn't put in my stats and I find it really helpful when people do because, let's face it - height and weight do make a difference and you can't tell in pics!!

I'm 36, 5'8", 183 lbs...no babies just weight loss. Total apple shape with little muscular legs but lots of stuffing in the middle! I am very broad shouldered - so I am wondering if I'm going to look like I will tip over once this is all done...but I guess we will see.
