It's been 2 months since surgery and I can't be happier. My confidence is ski rocking unlike before and I really enjoy showing off my new figure this summer. I managed to lose about 7lb since surgery but I haven't been able to exercise as much as I need to. Would love to lose few more pounds and get myself toned.
Still loving my results, although there are few minor things that will have to be resolved.. I have a small dent on my left thigh, which will have to be smoothed out and will have to do touch up lipo on my hips. Other than that, love it.
I still have bruises/discoloration on my thighs, I sure hope it will go away.. My doctor told me wait for couple of months and see how it goes.
My scars are very tiny and barely noticeable.
Still wearing my garment at night. Believe it or not, if I am not wearing it, I feel sore the next day. Not sure why. But I really don't mind to wear it.. kind of got used to it.

You are clearly a perfectionist - nothing wrong with that. But you are very beautiful, even before surgery. You must learn to love yourself, outside & in.

It's been about 6 weeks since my surgery and I am feeling great. My thighs are still slightly bruised and sore to touch but nothing I can't handle. The sensation didn't come back yet either so I am trying to massage it every night. My skin on lipoed areas is so dry and flaky so I try to apply lotion as often as I can. Itchiness is gone for the most part.
Was it worth it? Absolutely! Loving my body and my results! I did however decided to do a touch up lipo on my hips. Dr. Ellen said she could do it at her office under local anesthesia.., the areas are small enough so I am not concerned. I might be a little particular about my body, but I want what I want. I look great in clothes right now, no more spanx yaay!! But I do want to look great in bikini too;) with the way my body built, I have pretty wide hips and flat butt, and if I gain weight I gain it on my hips (making it even wider), so i never can find bikini bottoms that fit.. if I get small size it's tight on my hips and if I get bigger size it's very loose on my butt .. so I need to suck that fat out of my hips too..
I believe I still have a bit of residual swelling going on, but not a whole lot. I will do another update in a month or so.

Your doctor is precise with the lipo wand! I hear massaging early is good too avoid lumps and scar tissue. Sounds like you are on the right track. The curves at your waist are pretty :).

You already look good even without the touch up

So it's been 16 days already and I definitely notice some changes as swelling goes down and soreness subsided I can now touch my thighs and massage it. My thighs are little hard to touch and I can feel some lumps underneath..they are still pretty bruised so I can't press on it too hard..
my flanks is different story- love them, love them, love them. No pain anymore and I feel like there is no more swelling, very smooth and beautiful. I still have swollen lower back though.. have no idea why. I can feel bump down there.
I am still religiously wearing my garment, 24/7 (I have two, that I switch when another on is being laundered), and I have to say I so got used to it I feel that something is missing when I am without it.. I like the feel of compression. But at the same time I used to wear spanx all the time before the surgery so I am used to this feeling. I did go out last night and wore shorter spanx and it was fine. No extra swelling afterwards. The chairs at the restaurant didn't have any cushion and oh boy my stitches under my butt are so sore today..
I decided to take more photos when I am completely bruised free otherwise I think the difference won't be that much noticeable. I did however took another picture wearing the same pants as before the surgery and I can definitely see the difference!
