So I have made the decision to go back and get a clitoral hood reduction... Hopefully all goes well! I may wait to do it when I get my augmentation.

I am happy with the surgery, but now I am wishing I had gone with a clitoral hood reduction as well. When I stand or bend over it looks fine, but with legs spread, not so much. I need a doctors suggestion to this issue and how much it would cost?

You could definitely do a clitoral hood reduction/ lateral prepuce reduction. Costs would vary depending on your geographic location.
