How it works
- Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
- Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.
If you have questions or believe we should re-evaluate a published review, let us know.

Typos and 4 days post op
I must apologize for the previous typos and auto correct. That's what I get for posting after taking a Valium.
Though either way, things are still going great. I had a bit more bleeding from my right side then they would have liked to see; so my drains came out today (Friday). One word.... OUCH! Lol. I was not prepared for that, however I do feel much better now that they have been removed.
I will take new photos one I hop in the shower and get them cleaned up a bit. Stitches come out on the second. I did forget to mention that he was able to go through my nipples to complete my BA.
Graphic drain photos.

After three children and ten years of marriage I felt it was time to splurge on myself. I got married with a 38C, after my first child Mother Hood Maternity didn't even carry a bras large enough when I was best feeding to fit. Two more children later, all breast fed, you could say that I was lacking in the chest department when I recently landed at a 36 A. Thankfully I did not need a lift though!
After meeting multiple surgeons; I fell in love with Dr Louton from Blair Plastic Surgery in Altoona. I honestly can't say enough good things so far.
He took all the time I needed, never rushed and even mapped out the procedure explaining all risks and why he does everything the way he does. The staff all around won me over and I just knew it had to be them.
With my 10 year vote renewal coming up they got me in for all my appointments and surgery within a weeks period.
My anxiety was through the roof going into everything due to the restrictions of arms during recovery due to having three children ages 9, 6 and 4 (my special needs little one) as well a Irving and running a farm. But they have been phenomenal in answering every one of my questions and taking care of me so far during recovery.
Day one after surgery I had some issues with my muscles over Contracting and causing an excruciating amount of pain. Dr Louton got me in today in between other procedures to make sure there was no internal bleeding and prescribed me a muscle relaxer; which has helped immensely.
I go in on Thursday to have drains removed as my bleeding has been minimum and discharge through my drains is looking great. Looking at my breasts I am already in love.
I will keep updating as I continue to heal. During my consultation we had looked at everything from 300cc up to 550 CC. Though during surgery my final results ended up in a 415 cc. Dr louton went through the nipple with a smooth round silicone gel, using the dual plane incision and positioning route.
