For a long time I knew that I wanted the elective surgery to enhance my curves and overall figure, but it was not until a few months ago when I really started to do a lot of research about breast augmentation surgery. I learned about the different kinds of implants (i.e. saline versus silicone), the various incisions (armpit, nipple, or the crease where the breast meets the torso), and implant placement (above the muscle, between the muscle, or completely under the muscle). The more research I conducted, the more comfortable I felt with the procedure. My research allowed me to prepare myself physically, emotionally and spiritually prior, during and after the surgery. In the end, I decided to go with the saline implants and I am absolutely ecstatic with the results. It feels like my implants are a part of me and I could not see myself without them.
