30 Years, 5"2 125lbs, 2 Kiddo's BF for a Short Time - Bismarck, ND

I am beyond excited to finally be getting my breasts done. I have never had boobs and even while pregnant and breast feeding my size never reached more than a small B. I have known since I was a teen that I wanted this, it was just a matter of when. My kids are 6 and 3 and my "baby" no longer needs me to lift or carry her on a regular basis, my husband is slow at work until June so the time is NOW! My wish is to have a full D with a natural slope and cleavage. My rice sizer test was 525cc's but I'm thinking that may have been off. Any tips or tricks are welcome!!!

Well I had my consult and pre op today. I picked my size in about 30 seconds! After taking my measurements and calculating, my doc told me the largest was 600cc's and popped in the sizer. After putting the smaller size beside it I just knew I wanted bigger. Everyone agreed that they looked perfect and fit my frame. Now that I look at pictures online I'm terrified! I'm trying really hard to remember that he's the professional and that he would tell me if they were going to look like giant basketballs, but I'm still freaking out a bit. I loved the sizers SO much. I'm mad I have doubts.

Well I went in on Monday and had my BA. Despite a small hiccup (fedex sent my implants to a different state!) I got 590's mentor silicon. I woke up and the pain was about a 6, mostly in my ribs under my left arm. I was groggy and unsteady on my feet. I think the hardest part was having to pee before they sprung me, it took a few times but I was able to. I had no nausea at all which made me super happy. I slept most of that day and my amazing husband kept me on top of my meds. Days 2-4 have been sore and stiff, again mostly under my left arm. Today (day 4) I tried to just take Tylenol and the pressure was really getting to me so I broke down and took a hydro and slept ALL afternoon. Hopefully tomorrow I'll be able to just use Tylenol.
