Went for consultation with VIP Cosmetic Surgery 5 weeks or so ago. I have been struggling to find affordable as it's my second BA Mr Ali will do it for £3000 with the 10 year implants and a day case so I was over the moon. Consultation went fab I was very comfortable.
Feel happy with surgeon and deciding to have 260 cc unders (I had unders last time) should take me to a full C/D cup as I am tiny frame I wouldn't wanna be much bigger. Although hubby to be wants that!!
Getting married in fabulous Las Vegas end of august so hoping to be settled and [RS bleep] boom boom happy then!
I will post pre op photos ASAP.
Mine have moved from the middle to further out as I have had them in 13 years now so can't wait to feel nice again. ????

I should mention also that as this is my second breast augmentation I was being told it was to be over 1000 more. This is if you have encapsulation. I was told by several surgeons I do not so was miffed as to why they charge much more for a second just to take out! Mr Ali does not charge more - which makes more sense to me?

Very thorough and quite lengthy consultation. Mr Ali is also an NHS surgeon so I feel very confident in him. He wasn't happy with me travelling home even tho I was planning on doing! But he used the phrase 'we are not a production line, we care about your safety'. Cant say fairer than that? I would highly recommend. The nurse who took my dressing off said it was healing lovely and it was the best she had ever seen! So all good there.
