lMy Bleplasty and modified stitch lift
Anyone that has a cosmetic procedure done is understandably very anxious, will it be painful, will I look good and will I be happy with the results...
After researching a lot on the Internet for a top plastic surgeon and after talking to people I know that has had very successful procedures done by Mr Sultan Hassan I was confident I had found the best...
I met Mr Hassan who was not only extremely lovely, friendly and honest he also was so confident on my outcome it filled me with confidence...
On the day of the surgery I was scared, worried and anxious,
I was taken to theatre after another consultation with Mr Hassan whom again gave me my much needed reassurance, I was given Twighlight anaesthetic which was amazing I never felt anything!!
Afterwards I was in no pain as I was given painkillers...
One week later I have just been to the local doctors surgery to have my eye stitches out after a week of absolutely no pain, I cried when I looked in the mirror and saw for the first time ever my eyes open with no skin hanging over!
My face stitches are dissolvable and I can honestly say even though my face has felt a little tender I have had no strong pain...
One week post op my eyes look fab with no scar which I find amazing . I expected a large scar, bruising and swelling...
One week post op my face is a lot tighter on my cheeks and my jawline is smooth and tight, I have a little puckering around stitches which already in one week has improved.
I would just like to say a massive thank you to Mr Sultan Hassan for doing what I can only describe as an amazing job on my face and to Carolyn his PA for always being there on the end of the phone to answer any of my question's any time of the day

Mr Hassan cuts your skin puts in a thread, but then lifts up your muscle to tighten your shin then cuts off excess skin, I am 3 weeks post op and there is no scar but everyone says how much better I look, it's not as drastic as a face lift but I highly recommend it, it is supposed to last about a year to 18 months, I will def have it done again when I need it!
Your eyelids looks like mine did. Do you have any photos without the tape? I'm really glad you're feeling like this was worth it at this point! Thank you for sharing on RealSelf.
