Fillers Have Not Worked for my Lips

Had stitches taken out and the scar seems to be heeling great, get slight tightness out of the blue which has got better over the weeks. Here a couple of pictures, sorry about the one with a filter but it gives you the idea of the shape of my lips now from before.

Firstly, i have to say i can not praise Mr Sterne enough so far! I am more then happy with my lips at the moment and how the procedure went! First time meeting were at my first consultation he offers 15 minutes FREE, I had a chat with Mr Sterne about my past experience with fillers and he had a good look and feel of my lips, during the consultation he took photos and explained the procedure, i had done a lot of research myself before the consultation so had a good idea, he drew on my face so i had a guide of how much skin would be removed. The risks of the procedure were explained clearly, i felt 15 minutes went extremely quick and was bit rushed, due to having a lot of filler in my top lip he advised me to have it dissolved and then send him the picture via email and he will review then,
Mr Sterne gave me his personal email which helped as i had the opportunity to ask any outstanding questions as well as send the photos.
Mr Sterne was fabulous during the consultation, he was clear about everything, very informative, he is straight forward and clearly has his patients wellbeing and happiness as his priority. Mr Sterne provisionally agreed to do the procedure and a date were arranged at the consultation. i went ahead and had the filler dissolved and sent over the photos, Mr Sterne studied my photos and sent me a lengthy email advising what would be best for me and if i had any more questions. the email defiantly made me feel at ease as Mr Sterne took time to explain more in detail.
So the actual day of the procedure, my self and my brother went into to talk to Mr Sterne before surgery, making sure i were happy to go ahead and if i had any outstanding questions.
The procedure itself was fine in the end i did get myself slightly worked up as i had never had a local anesthesia before or any injections in my mouth. Once the injections were out the way it were great! i had my earphones in listening to music and Mr Sterne informed me of everything he were doing during the procedure it did not take Mr Sterne long to do the procedure once he had started, the nurse who works along side Mr Sterne was by my side the whole time which was reassuring as i held her hand during the injections.
Once the procedure was over Mr Sterne let me look at my face to ensure i was happy before he went to his next appointment he informed me he would see me again in 6 weeks.
The nurse then applied cream to the area and no bandage were needed, the nurse advised me to apply the cream 4 times a day and were given some leaflets to take home, I'm due to go back Thursday which will be 7days to have the stitches removed.
I can not wait for my review with Mr Sterne in 6 weeks!!

So much more movement today I'm able to slightly smile, since the operation the upper lip has felt very tight I am also not feeling much pain anymore only when moving the lips.
