Hi there. Quick update. Delighted with results. Scar is healing beautifully. Got to see Mrs Kat yesterday as I had a little concern about pulled muscle but all was well. She was a pleasure and very reassuring. Given the green light to do all exercises on the list but no plank/all fours and no stretching backwards until three month. After three month point I can start introducing plank and by four month I should be doing everything I was doing pre op.
I bought the ACE Body oil used for scar treatment which I am to use once the micropore comes off the next time. But I can use it for my BB from now.
Hope you're all recovering well!!

Yes it's flown by but at the same time it feels like an eternity since I was able to gym it! Can't wait to get training again. Mrs Kat was lovely. She's worth every penny isn't she. Aftercare is wonderful. Thanks for message xx

OMG I just had a little emotional outburst for you!! I never do that! I am so thrilled for you, what a transformation from your before pics, your scar is solo low and looks so well healed already. I think you could probably wear any kind of underwear you liked and still not see it, it is such a tiny little line!!! You do look amazing! I am so happy for you. I have been standing in the mirror pulling my belly around these last few days just wondering and hoping about how mine might look but I bet you never imagined yours could look as great as is does now! And when your scar fades, my god its only been 8 weeks, next Summer I bet you won't even see it, you have obviously got that type of skin. I'll stop going on now....xxxx

Hey Szlid :) aw thank you so much for your message. It's given me a huge boost! I think Mrs Kat has truly amazing skills. She says herself that she does a very 'aggressive' tummy tuck - but one thing is for sure, the results are outstanding and so it's worth the discomfort of that first 10 days. If you're considering it then she's the one to go for. Thanks again and I'll update again once I start the scar treatment. Xx

I agree with szlid! Your incision is AMAZING and healing perfectly! I agree about your PS's skills. I've been reading TT reviews on RS for about a year now and I don't think anyone, anywhere, can compare to her skills! Her incisions, healing processes [less bruising, swelling, no complications, etc.] and long term results are the BEST!

Thanks very much. I've started scar therapy with the Environ ACE Oil as recommended by Mrs Kat. It's smoothing out very nicely. Thanks for your comment.

Will be this Friday. So just a quick update as I haven't got so long am today was my first day spent out of corset and into spanks. Did h whole day. Felt fantastic to be free of big granny bum for a day.
Also you'll see in the pics that the right side of my micropore tape has come off. I'm going to email pics to Mrs Kat's to see should I reapply more tape or if I can start massaging with oil now to reduce scar.... any tips much appreciated :)

Ok, so Natasha just rang me back and for those of you who are not great at listening to all the details.... the tape stays on for three months, therefore, if it falls of as did mine, you just renew it. Then after three months it's time for the scar massage oil, etc.

Hi there
Just checking in, hope your still on the mend, the binder has me in awful state yesterday so hot and itchy
Don't think this procedure is for summertime. I'm still standing slightly stooped forward carried my first supermarket basket yesterday so I'm beginning to push recovery forward as I'm frustrated with the swelling and bruising . I'd love to post pics how did you do that, just that as an older woman I think it would be helpful to people past mother makeover more gran makeover stage .
4 weeks post in 5 days.
I'm taking this binder of what spanks garment did you start to wear? I'm going to change over soon breaking the rules but you have to live too.
Hope all is well are you in holiday mood? Tiny bikini

Hi there. I haven't seen much difference until today so haven't posted until now. I feel the swelling went down a bit this morning and I've definitely noticed I am standing a lot straighter this past two days. I put this down to the fact I've been in my feet and walking a lot. Also when I do my set exercises I try to put my legs as straight as possible when lying flat on the floor. This has helped immensely but I find I have to make a conscious effort to stand straight or I automatically start to stoop again, however I'm definitely making progress. My pics will show I'm still slightly swollen on my right side so I look a little lopsided but apart from that I feel things are great.

Wow!! Your bruising has gone down massively!! You can see the definition coming through already, its going to look amazing. Do you think the scar would be hidden under small bikini bottoms, I am interested to know as its hard to tell from the photos xx

Hey Szlid. Yeah it definitely will. It's hard to get a decent pic of me because my bathroom where the mirror is is tiny. Also I am not very tall and my torso is not very long so I'm quite compact ;-) Swelling going down a lot now. Sleeping on both sides is relatively comfortable.

Yeah, I know what you mean, I have been thinking about how I will photograph my journey, how I c an get the most graphic ha! Shots. My bathroom mirror has good lighting but I am too short! I have full-length mirrored wardrobes however IKEA decided to panel them so there are lines in the middle !! Xx

You look awesome! I can't believe you can keep in your bed. I slept in a recliner for almost two months. Looking back now, it was really tough, but so worth it!
