Asymmetry Correction, 45 Years Old, 5'11, 160lbs, 450 Cc HP Mentor

Had my second consultation yesterday, my PS is going to reduce the size of my left breast by approx 75-100 cc, reposition nipple and then add 450 cc hp implants in both, by doing this they should change at the same rate if my weight fluctuates. I'm a bit worried about the size as this will take me to roughly a size F cup which for someone who is currently a C cup seems enormous. Although the asymmetry is my biggest concern I'd be lying if I said I didn't want them a bit bigger but I don't really want it to be obvious I've had them done. I'm worried that the clothes that fit me won't be big enough to go over my boobies! anyway surgery is two weeks away, so I'll keep you posted.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated and I could do with knowing if there is anything thats worth getting for post op.

Well it’s 4 days away and I changed my mind from the initial consultation, originally I went for Moderate 425 cc however after a bit of research which mainly consisted of looking at pictures on real self, I changed to 450 HP, I’m worried now that that’s too big, I’m 5.11 so the PS thinks I won’t look ridiculous but I’m scared I’ll make the wrong decision. Help!

Well it's finally here, I was supposed to be at the hospital for 8:00 am but they called last night to ask me too come in at 12:00. I'm nervous about everything, the surgery and the outcome, my biggest fear is that they will be enormous and I'll look ridiculous. Anyway its here now and this time tomorrow my boobies will be done. I'll post pics asap.
