I am 5ft6 and 115lbs, in 37 days I will finally be able to look down and smile! Having practically no breasts has affected my self esteem and self confidence for many years. My PS recommended natrelle 340cc round HP, as for placement, my PS recommended dual plane but after reading a couple of Webpages I'm now concerned about bottoming out especially as my lack of breasts means I don't have the crease at the bottom for the pocket but before my op my PS said we can discuss sub muscular placement. Anyone who can give more details on this I would be very appreciative!
I have no worries about the surgery, anaesthetic or healing and any discomfort that may entail as it is all required for me to finally be happy with my body. The only concerns I have is that the decisions I make are the right ones, size, placement, brand etc. I will upload pictures closer to the time, I have real issues with the way my breasts look so it's going to take a lot for me to broadcast them to everyone on here.

Please view my review. I had no lower pole on my left breast and so my amazing surgeon did his beat to correct it. It's now the 'perfect breast' in his opinion (and mine!) just waiting for the right to drop. I know exactly how you feel and now I'm wearing clothes I've never been able to before. It's feels great! Best decision I've made. Good luck! X

Hi I'm so glad you've commented I actually read your review when I first started looking properly a few weeks ago and saw you had similar stats to me, looks like you're Progressing well now, they look great for 4 weeks post op :) I'm so pleased iv had a chance to see your progress, 8 days and I'll be one of the lucky boobylicious ladies :D can't wait and thank u x

love the first wish picture ,that's what I want too, its more of a round fake look ,my PS would say UHP for that look :-D please keep us posted would love to see your results :-D Good luck:-D

I originally wanted a bit bigger than 340cc but as u can see by my pre op the girls haven't given my PS much room to work with so how I see it is they'll stretch this time and next time I'll get my dream pair :) 9 days!! I'll post my post op pics. Good luck with your op as well, can't wait to see the final results x

3 days post op and ecstatic!!
I'm 3 days post op and so happy! My surgeon has done an incredible job.
So far I found recovery pretty easy, it has felt uncomfortable at times but nothing like I expected. I think my surgeon recommended the perfect size for my body and I'm so excited to see what they'll look like once they've settled.

I had 340cc ultra high profile. I'm so impressed with how they look I was expecting them to be right under my collar bone with my nipples pointing to the floor but my PS has done an outstanding job :)

Your PS did a great job, they look similar to my first few days post op. I never had "frankenboob" either. Can't wait to see you progress! Happy healing x

They look great!! Did you get Natrelle Style#45 I'm getting 460cc UHP Natrelle style#45 or did u get mentors?I hope mines don't look like Frankenboobs ..lol..but you do look great!

I think so, definitely natrelle round UHP not sure which style, I was lucky and didn't get frankenboobs, they looked great from the moment I woke up lucky me.
