5 weeks post op!

5 weeks already! My recovery is flying by.
This week I have felt a bit more skin stretching and pressure but it has eased up now towards the end of the week.

I have stated buying bikinis for my holiday in June, now having to shop in the 'Fuller Bust' section but I'm not complaining!
Towards the end of this week, I felt my boobs getting softer! They still don't move but they are significantly more squishy at the bottom!

For some reason inexpected to be perfectly healed by 6 weeks but my implants still haven't dropped and fluffed yet. I think it's going to take me a lot longer! My boobs aren't. Weird shape anymore so I'm not too bothered.

My only concern is that my nipples are still puffy, but they were before my op so I don't think they will change and it's only in my right boob, the left is perfect but the right nipple looks like snoopys nose sometimes!

Still wearing my post op surgery bra but I can't wait to start feeling comfortable in normal wired bras as this surgery bra shows through my clothes!

Thanks for this - it is exactly the reason that I opened my own clinic - I want to give patients a more personal service, so it is great to hear that you had that experience. I really appreciate you taking the time to write a review, so thanks again. Jonathan

Measured at Victoria Secrets!!

Ok so I know it's probably a little too early to get measures at 4 weeks as I am still on my post op surgery bra. I was shopping in town and just couldn't help myself and was curious as to what size I would be.

I started off my choosing a sports bra to buy for when I am at the gym. I picked up the 32DD and thought..."yeah this will definitely fit" I got into the changing rooms and put it over my head, my boobs are still a bit sore. No way did my boobs fit in this DD cup sport bra. I was shocked, I went to get the sports bra over my boobs and head and got stuck. It hurt too much to lift it over my arms and head. I had to walk out of the changing rooms with my arms up and the sports bra half way up my boobs and ask for help to get it off hahahaha how embarrassing!!

They ended up measuring me at a 32DDD! Which is a UK E/F! Any boob greed I had has gone straight out of the window!! I'm so happy!

Of course my boobs done look anywhere near the E or F cup you would imagine them to be! They suit my frame perfectly. I only wanted a DD cup haha!

4 weeks post op!

This week, I have noticed them getting softer! They still don't move yet but I don't have that super tight feeling. Now and again I can still feel the skin stretching but the nipple sensitivity is nowhere near as bad now!

2 days ago I have started lying a bit flatter in bed. I have 3 pillows behind me instead of 5! I also woke up without the horrid morning boob! I was still a bit stiff but it was not painful! Hang in there, it does get better!

2 more weeks until my 6 week checkup and hopefully I will be cleared for a proper bath! I am currently having shallow baths or showers but miss having a good soak!
I have been to the gym 3x this week, listening to my body and not overdoing it. It feels good to be back at the gym!

I'm looking forward to being able to get measured and bra shopping at 6 weeks!! Although I have been told not to spend a lot on bras becasue they could get bigger once they drop & fluff (I hope they do get bigger).
