Breast implant exchange after 22 years

After having breast implants for 22 years, I woke one Saturday morning to find one had ruptured. I was extremely nervous about the situation. Having also added 22 years to my life, no longer the once fearless young woman, but a more mature woman with grown children who takes my experiences a lot more seriously. After several recommendations to Dr. Hedden in Birmingham (despite not living there) I called his office on the following Monday. Right from the start I felt like this was going to be where I needed to go. The Staff was super friendly, on the phone and in person. The nurses were amazingly kind and helpful. My consultation was on Tuesday and I had surgery Thursday. Dr. Hedden was so reassuring to me, listened to my concerns, and made recommendations to me, that I ultimately went with. He was exactly correct in everything he said. His office alone speaks of great magnitude of how he wants all of his patients to feel. From office staff to nursing and even the anesthesiologist this office represents excellence. Thank you Dr. Hedden for not only reassuring me but making me look more beautiful than ever!
