Update - BBL Round 2 - Love my new butt x

It's 6 weeks post op today and I feel great.... no pain, no hardness and back to my normal self.
There wasn't really any real pain to be honest. I used painkillers for about 5 days and even then mainly over the counter stuff like paracetamol and ibruprofen.
I only took codeine before bed so I can sleep more comfortably. I hate sleeping on my front.
I know my notes say I can sit down on my bum after three weeks but I'm still avoiding it. I guess the longer I can go without sitting the better :)
The results are great.
Before the operation I was measuring waist at 31 and hips at 39
Now I am 28 at the waist and 43 at the hips/buttock
I measured 44 straight after surgery no lost an inch after a week probably the bloat and water. But have remained 43 inches since, no movement on that.
I love not having to watch the calories still losing inches on my waist though :)
The shape is just what I wanted.

Right.... following my deliberation from the last post... I decided to go with round two BBL after all....

I had been researching and researching and decided against implants as with 4 kids as an active lifestyle I didn't think it was for me.

I have breast implants and lying on my front doesn't feel natural and I do sit on my butt a lot I can't imagine it feeling too good.

Besides I have excess fat that can be put to good use in my eyes.

I had surgery two weeks ago by Dr Hassan from Elite Surgical. He did my round one and I was happy with my first one so would only make sense to go for round two with him.

I was soooo happy with the result when I finally come round and saw it in the mirror. It actually gave me the exact look I wished for.....

I was wondering if you could give me some advice
I am in some sort of dilemma 
In December 2015 I had BBL. 
After 3 kids my butt is average size and I carried enough fat for BBL so I went for it.... I had 500cc's each cheek which was quite conservative but I always knew I could had more at a later point if needed. 
The results were good but as we all do seem to get bum greed And now I want more more and a smaller waist too in the process :) 
I've had another child since and want to book in for more surgery in December.
During my pregnancy I put on quite a lot of weight, and the bum looked full and amazing. I did retain a lot of the fat from the BBL which is great but now.... 
I am torn between round two of BBL my surgeon said he could put approx 800cc each cheek. 
Or a little BBL to even things out from last time and a small round implant of 250cc 
I have quite wide hips and I think I'm lacking the projection so an implant will defo give it that pow....
BBL was a relatively easy recovery and I was really out for two weeks and by week 4 I was able to go gym.
With such young kids to look after i am tempted to go for the easier option of round two BBL but I think maybe only an implant would give me the shape I want....
I would appreciate some advice with your procedure. I worry a lot about recovered and scars splitting and not being able to bend etc. I would like to know your experiences. 
How is the recovery with implants? 
How long will it be before you are able to do things like general go for walks etc?
When you sit on it does it hurt? Or feel uncomfortable? Or feel weird? 
Can you feel it when you touch it? 
Anything you can tell me would be much appreciate as would help me make up my mind to what to have
