15 days post-op and my bruising is officially gone! There is still numbness around my flank area, but that is to be expected. Surgical sites are healing nicely :)

After years of running and playing tennis, I still didn't have "runner's legs" - a muscle in my thigh didn't develop correctly, leaving a "saggy" less-toned appearance. I knew having this procedure would give me a huge confidence boost. I've seen results from day one post-op. Today marks one week and I'm already back in my skinny jeans even with some slight swelling that still needs to go down! I haven't really had any pain at all, just minor discomfort (like a 2/10 scale), especially the first couple of days, doing things like getting in/out of the car/bed. I've been wearing the compression garment religiously, taking Extra Strength Tylenol to help reduce swelling, avoiding high sodium foods, and drinking a lot of water. I am excited every day to get up and see positive changes! Really happy I made the decision to finally do it :)
