WORTH IT$1,800
Just got home from my first trip to the grocery store. Took a friend to do all the lifting and pushing the buggy. I feel like a balloon about to pop!!! I am not complaining just stating facts lol. I'll be 3 weeks out tomorrow.

No popping, compress and rest!
I'm resting now :)
That sounds so familiar to me. The first time I went to the grocery after my tt. I took my old man. It was about 3 wks out too. I'm now 41 days po. He did all the lifting. I still blew up like a big rubber ball. I found that anti gas pills help a lot. May help you if it happens to you a lot. I still get like that. It is happening less though.
Love that your family has been so supportive for you! I am 5 wks po today and have stitches spitting out that have caused openings. So aggrivating. Hope your doing well!!
Ouch! that sounds painful. I really only had one small area that healed a bit slower, but that has since just about caught up with the rest. Hope it get's better for you soon. Have you been back to the ps? Seems like he could do something.
I know the feeling mine is doin same thing!!! What did your PS say to do?
Thank you for sharing your story and your before and after pics...your new belly looks fantastic! I am scheduled with Dr B on 3/6 and I am so excited! Happy healing to you:)

I have 2 places along my incision that are open and have yellow puss in them. No obvious signs of infections. I have been using neosporin a couple times a day and it doesn't seem to be helping any. I have read alot of great reviews on Manuka Honey and I just ordered some so I will definitely be updating on how that works. I will try to take pics everyday to see the progress. I do not see my ps again until I am 4 weeks out. They didn't seem concerned about the places on my incision at all. I am not in any pain just a little discomfort. Anyone with any advice let me know. :)

same problem here still. i have been covering with band aids and that has helped a bit because it is no longer being reopened by sticking to anything. it has gotten better for me since i rub an aloe plant on my incision 2x a day and started using lanolin. he hardly leaks at all :)
I noticed tonight one of the places was lookinga little better with less of the yellow puss stuff. :) can't wait till they are completely healed! Good luck with yours too!
I have a few places that leak but but just enough to get a little hard crud on my garment!!! But they said if it leaks let it !!! It means less fluid but you say yours is puss !! I haven't had that!! When you feel your scar does it feel lumpy from where swelling is or is it smooth!! Mine feels lumpy like I was sutured with yarn not threads but they say that is from swelling!!!
Mine is pretty lumpy all along my incision line.

So I know what swell hell is lol! The place one of my drains was is ugly and has some stuff in it that looks like puss but its kinda firm. Ps didn't seem to concerned about it. I'm putting antibiotic cream and a pad on it. Everything else looks pretty good. Loving that I can wear spanx instead of that damn binder. I'm not wearing either right now. I can put on jeans but haven't wore them yet. Just posing in the mirror. :) for some reason I haven't been able to upload pics lately but I will try again soon.
