I had saline implants for ten years when I decided that it was time for a change. I had always wanted to go larger and after much research decided to book with Dr. Hedden and go for it. I originally had 350cc saline which was performed by another Physician and Dr Hedden exchanged them to 700cc silicone. It has been almost a year since the surgery and I am still in love with them! He is the best!!!

Welcome, and thanks for sharing your experience! Did you go over or under the muscle? Was it as painful as your original surgery?
I went under the muscle. There was barely any pain. The first surgery was quite painful but I didn't even use my pain medication after this surgery.
Under the muscle. It was not painful at all in comparison to the first surgery.
