They look great! I have mod plus plus also. Can't wait for mine to drop and soften up more. I'm almost 4 weeks post and I used Dr. Hedden. I go back to see him this week for a follow up :)
Girl yours are looking great!!! Beautiful. Dr Schnitt was awesome and went in through my old incision from my reduction years show. I am 1week post op today. Have been doing great but I think I have been overdoing it cause my left one is tighter and higher than my right too. Gonna have to check on massaging also. Love the saline too!!! Hope you keep healing well. Keep in touch and keep me posted.
Thanks. My left one is hurting more too. Strange. I'm ready to start massaging too. I've heard it really helps them soften up and feel more real. They are bigger than I thought they would be though. I started off a 34B/34A depending on the bra.

Thank you girl. I have been shocked at how well it has gone for me from day 1 surgery day. I am blessed. I had a friend who had it do e a month ago and she says she would never do it again because of the pain but I have been up and around since day of surgery. Don't mean that to sound conceited .... Just thankful and wish everybody good healing and boobie vibes
Awesome breasts ! Isn't that something you had a reduction then decided it was time to get them back lol I think you are coming along beautifully ! Saline or silicone ? I read and it said you were going with silicone but then your post says saline ? Now if your feeling softness already and you have saline I would say Wow lol because frm what I've heard saline has the breasts feeling like rocks at first >_>
I was going with silicone but since I had enough breast tissue I went with saline. I am loving them so far and yes they are soft.... Can't believe it. 15 years later and I wanted me some boobies back. I am 5 days post op will send am updated picture.

Thanks so much. I expected a lot higher but glad they are not. Your pic has always been one I have used and loved. So glad for this site cause I never thought I would really do it. Best decision though. Hmmmm now what to do next lol

I wanted to thank everyone for posting there pre and pis too information. So far I have had such an excellent recovery (hope that continues) and I owe it to many pieces if advice from each one if you. If I can help anyone let me know.
